Group Rates - whole property

Looking for the ultimate location for your wellness retreat, micro-wedding, tour group, corporate retreat, or family reunion? Rent the whole Shearwater Cove property and enjoy a 100% exclusive and customizable stay at our wilderness eco-lodge. Whole Property rentals include an 8% discount off our base rates.

Whole Property rentals include exclusive use of the entire Shearwater Cove property and amenities, including:

  • waterfront pavilion

  • uplands pavilion

  • group camp kitchen

  • all 7 Oceanfront Yurts

  • sea kayaks

  • hiking trails

  • water taxi transport from Seward

Whole Property Rental Requirements:

  • 3 night minimum

  • 14 person minimum charge (covers 2 people per yurt)

Group Rates - a la carte

Have a group, but don't need all 7 yurts? Pick and choose the right number/type of yurts for your group and receive a 6% discount off our base rates!

A La Carte group reservations include:

  • exclusive use of group camp kitchen

  • private use of uplands pavilion for breakfast and dinner times

A La Carte Group Requirements:

  • 2 night minimum

  • reservation must include a minimum of 4 yurts

What about food?

While Shearwater Cove does not have a restaurant on-site, we do offer several options for group meal preparation. Whether you want to keep costs down and prepare your own group meals, or whether you want to be totally hands-off with food - we’ve got you covered.

Option A: Shop for your own groceries and prepare your own meals in our group camp kitchen. No additional cost.

Option B: Work with us to build a menu for your group. We do the shopping and have everything conveniently packaged and labeled for you at check-in. You prepare the meals in our group kitchen. Cost of food plus $35 per person, per night.

Option C: Work with us to build a menu for your group, and let our local chef prepare your meals for the duration of your stay. Starting at $500/day, plus cost of food.
